Restore a verse
Swap neighboring tiles up, down, left, or right to match three. Follow the numbered first move when starting. Collect light to restore missing verse words, then read the story and answer the question. A wrong answer lets you try again without losing stars. Use Play next puzzle to continue, or the chapter map to replay an unlocked puzzle.
Three stars: 12 successful moves or fewer. Two stars: 13–14 moves. One star: 15 or more moves. Thinking time, hints, and wrong answers do not reduce stars. Your best replay result stays saved. Hints are available immediately, with a seven-second pause between hints.
Choose games lets you play Match tiles, Seek the Word, Word Wheel, or Praise Tiles, or mix your selected games. Selection changes apply to later puzzles; use Try a different game now to switch the current puzzle. Word Wheel offers a switch to Seek the Word after two unsuccessful attempts. Seek the Word has no time limit. Word Wheel allows up to three missed words for three stars. Praise Tiles offers Easy, Medium, and Hard settings, including held notes; the on-screen hints explain its stars.
Saves and resets
Guest play saves to each browser or app installation separately. Sharing the game link does not share your progress. On the website, adults and parents can choose Save my progress and sign in with Google or a verified email and password account. Check Spam/Junk and All Mail for the verification message. Use the same account on every browser or device. After signing in, choose Add this device’s guest progress if that journey belongs to you. Account saving in the installed mobile app will come in a later update.
Account saves combine completed puzzles and keep your best star results, merge completed golf holes using your best strokes, and carry earned outfits and your saved character across browsers. If you edit your character on two devices, the latest successfully saved edit wins. An unfinished puzzle, hints, and preferences stay on the device where you started them. Use My saved journey → Save & check for progress before changing devices. If saving cannot connect, keep the original device save and try again online.
Signing out brings back the separate guest journey. Guest Settings → Reset game progress starts that guest journey over after confirmation and keeps preferences. Clearing browser or app data can remove unsynchronized progress. Do not reset or uninstall when trying to recover progress; contact support first.
Guest golf and your character save in this browser. Signed-in website accounts can synchronize completed golf scores, earned outfits, and character choices. Unfinished holes stay local. Return to All games to choose a different game; switching games does not clear their local saves.
Sound, comfort, and connections
Settings offers theme colors, larger reading text, game sounds, and Calm effects for quieter motion. Stop playing if the visual effects cause discomfort. Read-aloud depends on the voices your browser or device provides.
The browser game needs internet to load. The native mobile app bundles its puzzles for offline play; external passages and some device voices may need internet. If a problem occurs, try reopening the game without clearing data, then report the device and puzzle number. Updates to the website and installed app are delivered separately.
Delete an account or request data deletion
In the game, open My saved journey → Delete my account. Confirm the choice and sign in again to verify it is your account. The cloud journey and account identity are removed, along with the account save on that device. The separate guest save remains. A minimal identifier and deletion timestamp remain to block old devices from recreating deleted cloud progress. Deletion also removes group membership. If you lead a group, it is closed and its name and member list are removed.
If you cannot use the game, email [email protected] from your account’s contact address with “Bible Unfolded account deletion” as the subject. Tell us you want your account and cloud progress deleted. We may need to verify ownership. Never include your password. Clearing site or app data on other devices removes their local copies. Continue the story in Trail Climb
Choose Faith Climb from the game library to continue your first unfinished passage. Tap Brake in the air to lower the nose; hold it on the ground to slow down. Finish the drive and answer the Bible question to save your stars. Completed trail stars travel with your verified website account or a new BIBLE3 transfer code. Finish your current round before refreshing. Resetting the guest story keeps earned wardrobe items and shared reward progress. Clearing all site data removes the guest reward save too.
XP, Light and Journey Gifts
Finish a round and answer its story question to earn XP and Light. Stars keep your best result for each passage. XP raises your shared player level; Armor of God pieces unlock at levels 10, 25, 45, 65, 85 and 100. At level 100 you may prestige for the next armor finish while keeping your story, items and lifetime progress.
Light from any game fills the Journey Gift meter. Gifts contain an unowned character cosmetic; free hair and starter styles remain available. The current collection contains 51 gift items, separate from armor and passage achievements. After collecting them, extra Light stays saved for future additions. Gifts do not currently contain golf club upgrades or vehicles.
A new passage awards 100, 105 or 110 XP for one, two or three stars, plus 20 Light. A completed replay awards 50, 55 or 60 XP, plus 10 Light. Reopening or retrying the same saved result does not award it again. Offline account rounds remain queued on the device; reconnect before opening an account gift.
This update includes a coordinated fresh start for story progress, stars, reward progress, character choices and groups. Returning players see a notice. Existing login credentials still work; create or rejoin your family or church group. Old transfer codes cannot restore the previous progress generation.
